It's easy isn't it, finding, supplying, fitting and signing off those fitted and loose furniture projects. After all, there are never any supplier issues, design faults, delivery problems, fitting errors, contract variations or customer complaints, Never any information needed to ensure that the quotation, design, installation and handover go like clockwork that isn't readily available and sorted immediately.

If only. Having spent over 20 years in the industry, I understand the many problems from all sides of the table.

My background started as a seller of office furniture for one the largest dealers in the UK at the time. At the turn of the century I started an installation business, that grew to cover the whole of the UK and further into Europe. We moved into MOD and student accommodation and the carpentry team needed expanded.

It was at this time that our school/college laboratory team took off, and we also found ourselves with crews working nights shopfitting in the retail banking sector. About 12 years ago, utilising those skills we branched out into kitchen installation for new build projects, green field and high rise. Large scale and well managed.

That is my background and my past, and it's from that experience running those teams, dealing with those manufacturers, liaising with numerous floor managers, surveyors and contractors that I approach your business, from your perspective to get the results that you need.
